We thoroughly enjoyed working with Gigantic. They were very responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. They asked great questions to understand and refine what we wanted and often found creative methods to get at issues that could have otherwise become problematic. They both took our explicit feedback very well and paid great attention to implicit cues to uncover our vision through design, even when we weren’t entirely clear on it ourselves. Not only did they deliver a fantastic website design, but it felt like they cared about our message and were just as excited to share it with the world as we were.
